Plastic laminate, melamine, wood veneer, and solid surface parts are cut on our Holzher Cut 85 Horizontal Beam Saw to within .0001” tolerance.Computerized labeling system ensures accurate accounting of parts allowing them to move on to the next required phase of fabrication without error. All of this is done to the customer’s specifications.
Legacy can provide edge banding service for your parts as well as parts we cut for you. We can use your edge banding, or provide it for you. PVC in .018”, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm thicknesses, plastic laminate, wood veneer, thin solid wood, whatever your specifications. Quality workmanship and service is our goal.
We utilize our Holzher Pro Master 7123 CNC machining center to provide high level accuracy machining for cabinet parts, as well as custom curved components in just about any material. Whether you are looking for machining on cabinet parts, counter tops, studwalls, reception desks, or the unique one off item that would take you too much time to jig up, Legacy can provide all your machining needs. If you can draw it & provide a CAD drawing, we most likely can machine it.
